To Submit a Grant Request

Before you submit your request, please read the information under the "Grants" tab at the top of this page. Then click the "Grant Form" tab and complete the application. Finally, you will directed to the "Agreement Form" page which you will print, sign and send to the address noted. Any questions can be directed to our chair, John Hull, JWHPastor@sbcglobal.net

Deadlines For Application

The Life Line Homes Board meets two times a year to make decision regarding grant request.  The deadline for submitting a grant proposal for the February meeting is January 31st.  The deadline submitting a grant proposal for the August meeting is July 15th.  Grant proposals received after the deadline will not be considered at the upcoming meeting.

McPherson Free Methodist Church, McPherson, KS
Osborne Free Methodist Church, Osborne, KS
Second Saturday at the Well, McPherson, KS
Mapleview Free Methodist Church, Omaha NE.
